Yo is the first FDA cleared smartphone based at home male fertility test. The product was developed by MES (Medical Electronic Systems) a company specializing in automated semen analyzers.

The role of the design was to design the device to be easy and intuitive to use, as well as to enable the technical requirements needed to perform the test, such as keeping the phone still in a specific angle.

Emotionally, the product was intentionally designed as a masculine gadget in order to make it fun to use and ease some of the anxiety that is related to taking such a test.
